5. Reverse Plank Push up into a reverse plank (on either elbows or straight arms). Hold for 45 seconds. Remember to keep body in a straight line and be sure not to hold breath.
4. Mountain Climbers Keep your back as straight as you can. Stay close to the push up position while your legs are moving, do 15 reps per leg.
3. Prisoner Squats Lower your body as far as you can by pushing your hips back and bending your knees. Pause then slowly push yourself back to the starting position, do 15 reps.
