The battle rap league King Of The Dot’s recent event #BOLA5 in Los Angeles was headed by the main card DIZASTER vs MATH HOFFA where apparently both managed to finish all three rounds despite having a long standing grudge against each other with Twitter being the main form of communication between the two as DIZASTER resides in Los Angeles and MATH in New York. However at the end of the battle DIZASTER threatened to hit MATH who responded with a dare and a smirk which is when DIZASTER struck with a spontaneous right that caught MATH and a brawl followed which saw DIZASTER’s entourage jumping MATH which he’s being held back.
A detailed breakdown of the brawl can be found here:

What needs to asked is how much will this affect the culture of battle rap especially the larger leagues if brawls like this continue to circulate. Both DIZASTER and MATH have both had fights during battle rap events before DIZASTER with another rapper called Jerzy Swift and MATH with both DOSE and SERIOUS JONES more recently at Ultimate Rap Leagues’s Summer Madness which saw him being banned from the league. SMACK one of the owners of the URL battle league has recently said in a VladTV interview that the effects of what MATH did on his stage is still affecting his business now due to losing sponsorship and being unable to obtain venues willing to ‘risk’ holding Hip-Hop events.
