It is about having positive outlook on a negative situation i.e. when people who we know & at times care for hate on us; Instead of feeling down and broken by the situation & retaliating negatively, we decide to celebrate the hate ‘turn them down’ and 100% Turn Up, which means “Live your life to the maximum, regardless of all negativity”.
