
Man arrested in York for train bomb ‘threat’

The threats were made on a TransPennine express service
A man has been arrested for threatening to “blow up” a train.
The 42-year-old from Leeds, was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence at York station at 19:30 BST on Thursday.
British Transport Police said he had been travelling on a TransPennine Express service to Liverpool Lime Street.
Officers said all such threats were taken seriously and the man remained in police custody.
