A woman who beat her teenage sister-in-law to death in the family home following a “regime of terror” has been jailed for life.
Shahena Uddin, 19, fell unconscious after suffering 54 injuries and was left to die by choking on her vomit in Watford in October last year.
Salma Begum, 32, denied murder but was convicted at St Albans Crown Court. She must serve a minimum of 18 years.
