Exercise Routine, Sets/Reps
The first Workout Routine Was
One person goes at a time while other rest (7 People)
Practice freestyle movements / skills while resting
Max pull ups with 150lbs attached
Max pull ups with 100lbs attached
Max pull ups with 50lbs attached
2 sets of 20 pull ups
4 sets of dips
40, 30, 20 with a 5 second l sit hold, 10 with a 5 second l sit hold
The second workout routine was
Do as many circuits, sets, rounds as you can in 15 minutes of
5 handstand push ups
5 pull ups with your chest gets to the bar
10 push ups
5 leg raises with toes touching the bar
